Gas & Propane Plumbing
Residential gas and propane line plumbing.
Cliff's Plumbing handles the residential gas and propane side of home projects - new appliance runs, repairs on existing lines, and pressure checks after any gas work.
What we handle
Residential gas and propane work.
Gas work is sensitive, and the right move on any gas line is a pressure test before and after the work is done. Cliff runs pressure checks on every residential gas project and walks through the result before leaving the home.
For propane homes - common on the ridge and outside the city gas service area - the same standards apply, with attention to tank location, line sizing, and proper fittings for underground runs.

Safety first
If you smell gas.
If you smell gas inside the home, leave the home first and call the local utility or 911 from a safe distance. Cliff handles residential plumbing work, which includes gas line plumbing, but a confirmed gas leak inside a structure is a utility response first - call back once the utility has cleared the home and we will be glad to handle the repair.
- Rotten-egg smell anywhere in the home
- Hissing sound near a gas appliance
- Dead vegetation over a buried gas line
- Unexplained spike in gas usage
- Pilot that will not stay lit
- Appliance hookup after any remodel
