Fixtures, Toilets & Bathroom Plumbing
Toilets, faucets, fixtures, shower valves and remodels.
From a running toilet that won't stay quiet to a full bathroom rough-in, Cliff's Plumbing handles the everyday fixture work and the bigger renovation jobs that come with it.
What we handle
Everyday fixture work and bathroom remodels.
A lot of calls start as something small - a flapper, a cartridge, a stuck handle - and end up revealing that the fixture has just lived a full life. Cliff's Plumbing keeps common replacement parts on the truck for the common brands and models so most repairs finish in one visit.
For remodels, the work is more involved: rerouting supply and drain lines, moving fixtures within the existing footprint, and making sure the new valve and trim fit the existing rough-in. Cliff has done enough of these to know what tends to surprise homeowners and to flag it before the tile goes up.

Common signs to call
When fixture work makes sense.
A good rule of thumb: if a fixture is older than 15 years and has had more than one or two repairs, replacement is usually the better investment. Cliff can quote both options so the choice is yours.
- Toilet that runs after every flush
- Faucet that drips from the spout
- Shower that won't hold temperature
- Loose toilet that rocks at the base
- Slow sink even after cleaning the trap
- Planning a remodel and needing rough-in
